1. The entry fee is £1,995 plus VAT per team. All proceeds go to UK Market Charity Golf.
2. Entry fees will not be refunded if cancellation is received after 11:59pm on 11th August 2025 and the entry fee will remain payable.
3. Entries are initially limited to one team per company.
4. The title sponsor may enter a second team subject to availability.
5. There will be optional Hole in One, Beat the Pro and Individual Sweep competitions. To be included, players are encouraged to make an individual donation to the charity on the day.
6. Entry fee VAT invoices will be sent promptly and must be paid within 30 days. Failure to pay an entry fee promptly will result in forfeiture of that entry and it will be offered to another company.

8. Please complete all details of team members during registration if possible.
9. All participants should possess a valid WHS of iGolf handicap index. Prize winners may be required to provide handicap verification.
10. The maximum ‘Course’ handicap for this event is 24 for gentlemen and 32 for ladies. Players with higher handicaps may compete but must play from these handicaps.
11. The competition format is team better-ball, with the best two scores from the team of four players to count on each hole. Each player will receive a stroke allowance of 85% of their course handicap and play will be from green tees for gentlemen and red tees for ladies.
12. The winning team will retain the UK Market Golf Day Charity Shield for one year.
13. Golf Buggies may be available to players possessing a medical certificate ONLY and must be booked by contacting Clarion Golf at events@clarion.golf. Buggies will be invoiced at £50 each plus VAT. All proceeds go to UK Market Charity Golf. Please DO NOT contact the golf club in respect of golf buggies.
14. The donation of raffle and auction prizes by each team captain will be greatly appreciated.
